  • The social venture changes systems, not just symptoms of the problem.

  • The social venture model prioritizes social impact over financial gain.

  • The social venture is transformative and potentially scalable to over 100 million people

  • The social venture generates a sustainable funding stream.

  • The social venture’s product or service is environmentally sustainable.

  • The social entrepreneurship leadership team is tenacious with a pragmatic vision.

  • The social venture’s mission is non-secular and non-partisan.
