My name is Frednel Isma,  the EPIC Haiti Coach. But you can call me Freddy. 


Since 2009, Frednel has been a Consultant providing services in Private Sector Development, Project Management (IDB/MIF), Business Incubation, Evaluation, and other studies for USAID, The Salvation Army (TSA), and the Government of Haiti. Frednel has created and/or incubated over a dozen of companies Since 2010. 


Frednel is a Fulbright Scholar who studied Public Policy in Ohio University. Prior to his Fulbright Scholarship, Frednel earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Université Adventiste d’Haïti. He also earned a post-graduate degree in Population and Development from Université d’Etat d’Haiti via Faculté des Sciences Humaines (Human Sciences Faculty). 


Frednel Isma is the Chief of Party for the Community Driven Development, a USAID funded Project implemented by PADF. He was a Senior Consultant for The InterAmerican Development Bank (IDB) where he manages the Portfolio of the Multilateral Investment Fund (MIF) from 2010 to 2018. His Portfolio included projects in programs such as Climate Smart Agriculture, Inclusive Cities, and Knowledge Economy. In 2008, he founded IncubAction Consulting Inc. ( providing consultancies to businesses since inception to scaling up. He has 20 years of experience working in different institutions and fields. He has conducted consultations for Businesses, International Organizations, grassroots NGOs in Haiti and the United States, and Botswana.
