About the Event
The Covid-19 pandemic is expected to drastically increase both poverty and extreme poverty in developed
and developing nations alike. Since 2017, the Social Ventures Foundation has operated the annual End
Poverty Summit featuring virtual case presentations of outstanding social ventures which lift the livelihoods of
the poor.
It is our belief that some of the most cutting-edge solutions to the major problems the poor face are being
developed in University affiliated labs and social entrepreneurship business and engineering programs. The
